PLEASE NOTE: WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO THE U.K. AND EUROPE. Standard UK Delivery Our Standard Delivery Service costs £5.00 per order, whether you purchase 1 item or 10. Delivery can take up to 5 working days. Deliveries are made from 8am until 6pm and may require a signature, for this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address, where someone is available to sign. If you are not available, the carrier will try a neighbouring address or leave a calling card with the details. 



The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply: 


- Orders confirmed by 1pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 3 working days.

 - Orders confirmed after 1pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 4 working days
- Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days

- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days



Sorry but we don’t deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday orders will be delivered within 4 working days. 



Our Standard Delivery service is UK wide, but unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take longer.

Shipping to Europe

Holland & Holland currently ship to Europe using FedEx which is both secure and insured. Our International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20.00 per order.

All orders placed before 15:00 (Monday - Thursday) will be despatched that day. Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and will arrive within the timeframe stated above.

All International orders require a signature upon delivery and tracking numbers will be provided via email once they have been entered into our system.
