Our course in deer stalking will include talks about,and the safe practical usage of, rifles, starting with lightweight and then moving up to the higher calibres. The laws regarding deer-stalking, target identification, target selection from the safety aspect and why deer control is an essential part of countryside management is all explained. We will also be offering practical advice on how to go about getting a firearms certificate, choice of rifle calibre, buying a rifle and choice of binoculars and riflescope, essential clothing and equipment and then finally where and how to go deer-stalking.
