Holland & Holland hosted an exclusive in-store event in April to showcase the work of three talented young artists. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to meet the artists and browse the pieces around our famous Gun Room and store.
Painter Lewis Hazelwood-Horner displayed a series of oil paintings featuring craftsmen at the Holland & Holland factory. The paintings were perfectly suited to the surroundings of the Gun Room. Sculptor Stephen Rew showcased his series of unique African and Asian antelope sculptures with horns made from Damascus steel on partial skulls in bronze. Artist Laura Jane-Wylder’s African inspired charcoal drawings were displayed on the walls around the store, featuring a series of African animals.
All of the artwork is currently on show at Holland & Holland’s flagship store in London.
