This September, Holland & Holland went up to Scotland with Michelin star restaurant Lyle’s for their Game Week.
We spent three days shooting, fishing, and stalking in the Cairngorms with noted chefs from around the world. Accompanying us were our .308 Rifle and the Royal Deluxe Side-by-Side.
The game shot was taken back to Lyle’s London for two fantastic dinners. The five chefs served dishes inspired by their international cuisines and time spent in Scotland. The event was so popular, tickets for both dinners sold out within minutes.
