The Conservatory Bar

The bar overlooks the stunning grounds and offers an impressive selection of wines, spirts, Dalmore whiskies, cocktails, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

 

The Terrace

There is nothing quite like alfresco dining and the taste of delicious seasonal food whilst soaking up the atmosphere on the terrace.

All Lodge menus are currently, weather permitting,  available on the terrace. The terrace seats up to 40 people and can remain open upon request until 1 am for private events.

An outdoor cinema can be made available for private bookings.

The Bordeaux Wine Room

The remarkable Holland & Holland wine wall showcases over 1,200 of the finest wines available throughout the Bordeaux region. Holland & Holland has an off sale license allowing guests to purchase wines to take home. Wine events are organised throughout the year enabling guests to appreciate and enjoy fine wine and food pairings.

This intimate private room can seat up to 16 guests, which can be booked for board meetings, seminars, team building and all day dining experiences.

Food

Head chef Joshua Hunter has an eye for detail and a love of fresh, seasonal and delicious food. Josh’s team create mouth-watering menus that are quintessentially British, comforting and authentic.

Joshua learnt his trade working at several Michelin starred restaurants in London including La Trompette, Murano and Kitchen W8. His focus is on using the very best of British produce sourced from the finest suppliers in the UK, enabling the creation of menus and recipes that will excite the most demanding of tastes.

Through close partnerships with suppliers, source venison from Berkshire, day boat fish from Cornwall, middle white pork from the Wye Valley and Heirloom tomatoes from the Isle of Wight.

The Indoor Cigar Lounge

The Sautter Cigar Lounge offers the opportunity to smoke and savor some of the finest new world cigars whilst having the option of ordering from the dining lounge menu and the conservatory bar list.

Events and masterclasses are organised throughout the year. The cigar room can be privately booked for up to 14 guests.
