  • Joshua Hunter at Holland & Holland

    Head chef Joshua Hunter has an eye for detail and a love of fresh, seasonal and delicious food. Josh’s team create mouth-watering menus that are quintessentially British, comforting and authentic. Joshua learnt his trade working at several Michelin starred restaurants in London including La Trompette, Murano and Kitchen W8. His focus is on using the very best of British produce sourced from the finest suppliers in the UK, enabling the creation of menus and recipes that will excite the most demanding of tastes.

  • The Conservatory Bar

    Our comfortable conservatory bar overlooks the stunning Shooting Grounds and offers an impressive selection of wines, spirits, whiskies, cocktails, soft drinks, tea and coffee. 

    On the bar you'll find a selection of freshly baked cakes and buns every day as well as an informal breakfast menu if you need some fuel before your morning lesson.

  • Seasonal Concepts

    Joshua Hunter & his team prepared a seasonal reimagining of the Joshua Hunter Restaurant throughout the summer, bringing fresh lobster, seabream ceviche, fresh salads and more to the Shooting Grounds tables.

  • The Wine Room

    Our remarkable wine wall showcases over 1,200 of fine wines, all availble to purchase and take home. This intimate private dining room can seat up to 16 guests, making for an exceptional private dining experience.
